Help with the login process
If you have forgotten your User Name and/or Password, fill out one of these forms to receive an e-mail reminder.

Each GigaSports partner club may define it's own rules for setting usernames and passwords. To read your club's rules please try to log in from your club's website. A customized help screen will provide instructions.

After you log in
 You will be prompted to change your password and will have to provide some basic information, including an e-mail address. If you forget your User Name or Password you will be asked for this basic information and the automated help system will send your User Name and Password to the registered e-mail address. Please read our Privacy Policy.

This form sends an instant e-mail with your username and password to the e-mail address on file.

This form sends an instant e-mail with your username and password if the e-mail address matches an address in our database.

This request will be logged and the e-mail will only be released after it has been properly authorized. This process normally takes about two hours, but may take as long as 24 hours.
