When a club switches to online bookings, the club should aim to get at least 99.9% uptime when it comes to internet access. This is normally done by having one or more backup connections to the internet. If a club advises us that they have lost all connections to the internet, we immediately switch off online bookings for the general membership and fax through the current booking sheets to the club. Bookings can then continue on a manual basis.

Mindset
The effects of the change from paper based bookings to online versions should not be underestimated. We work with clubs to provide viable alternatives for members that are too set in their ways and do not want to go online.

Bulk Upload
We make it really easy for your club to go online. You need to provide us with your list of members in a spreadsheet format and we upload this data and create all your members as part of the initial set up. We can also send you a spreadsheet back with members usernames and passwords which can easily be merged with a document processor such as Word to produce letters explaining exactly how to log on for the members.
